1. PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationships between any natural or legal person placing an order on the website accessible at https://evignette-eu.com (hereinafter "the Site"), and the company QODERZ LTD, a British company registered under number 15048207, whose registered office is located at 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR, United Kingdom, and identified for VAT purposes under number GB 469 0360 78 (hereinafter "the Provider").
The Provider offers users an online ordering service for electronic highway vignettes (e-vignettes) valid for certain European countries, under the conditions detailed below.
These GTC constitute the sole foundation of the contractual relationship between the Provider and its Clients. Any order placed on the Site implies full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
2. DEFINITIONS
- Site: refers to the website accessible at https://evignette-eu.com.
- Client: any natural or legal person placing an order for an electronic vignette via the Site.
- Provider: the company QODERZ LTD.
- Service: the provision of electronic vignettes valid for highway circulation in the mentioned countries.
- Order: any firm order placed by the Client on the Site according to the prescribed procedure.
- Working days: from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. PURPOSE OF THE GTC
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the terms of provision and use of the Service offered by the Provider, as well as the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of using the Site and ordering electronic vignettes.
4. ENFORCEABILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GTC
These GTC are made available to the Client on the Site where they can be directly consulted. They can also be communicated upon simple request by email.
The Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the GTC without reservation by checking the box provided for this purpose before any order validation.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of Order validation.
5. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
The Site offers an e-vignette ordering service for the use of highway networks in the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic.
Electronic vignettes are issued according to the following criteria:
- Country concerned
- Vehicle category
- Desired validity period (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.)
The Site acts as an ordering intermediary and ensures the transmission of the Client's data to the competent authorities in each country for the issuance of vignettes.
The processing of the order is carried out manually by the Provider's teams:
- If the order is placed before 2 PM on a working day, it is processed the same day
- If it is placed after 2 PM or on a non-working day, it is processed on the following working day
The Client receives an order confirmation and their e-vignette by email.
6. ORDERING PROCEDURE
- Selection of the country, vehicle type, vignette duration
- Entry of required information (including registration number)
- Validation of the order summary
- Secure online payment
- Receipt by email of the order confirmation and the electronic vignette once it is registered
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. No modifications are possible after payment validation.
7. PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The price of the vignette is automatically calculated based on:
- The country concerned
- The selected validity duration
- And the vehicle category
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The total amount to be paid is indicated at the time of the order summary.
Payment is made in full via a secure interface accepting the following means:
- Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB, Maestro
- International cards: UnionPay, Discover, JCB
- Security protocols: Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode
Payment definitively validates the order. No discounts or installment payments are accepted.
8. DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND SERVICE EXECUTION
The Service consists of the dematerialized provision of an electronic highway vignette (e-vignette), activated for the vehicle and the period selected by the Client.
The Order is processed manually by the Provider's operators. Thus, the execution times are as follows:
- Orders placed before 2 PM (Paris time) on a working day: processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM or outside working days: processed on the following working day
The Client receives, at the email address provided during the Order:
- An order summary
- The confirmation of vignette registration
- Any necessary supporting documents for its use
The Provider draws the Client's attention to the fact that highway use without a valid vignette constitutes an offense in the concerned countries. It is the Client's responsibility to carefully verify the entered data, particularly the registration number and the validity duration.
In case of an error in the provided data, the Provider's liability cannot be engaged, and no refund can be demanded after the Service has been executed.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
9.1. Principle
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, transposed into the legislation of each Member State of the European Union, the Client has, in principle, a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract.
This right is exercised without having to justify reasons or bear costs, subject to the exclusion cases provided for by the aforementioned directive.
9.2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
In application of Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
For the supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, when execution has begun with the prior express agreement of the consumer, and with acknowledgment on their part that they thus lose their right of withdrawal;
For the supply of digital content not supplied on a material medium, the execution of which has begun after express agreement and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
By validating their Order on the Site and accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Client:
- Gives their express agreement for the execution of the service to begin immediately after validation of the order;
- Expressly acknowledges that they thus lose their right of withdrawal once the vignette processing has been launched.
Consequently, no refund may be granted after processing of the Order.
9.3. Special cases
The Client retains the possibility to contact customer support (support@evignette-eu.com) to submit an exceptional request. This will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis without the Provider having any obligation to respond favorably.
10. LIABILITY
10.1. Obligation of means
The Provider is bound by an obligation of means regarding the execution of its services. It commits to processing each order rigorously, respecting the announced deadlines, subject to:
- Proper use of the Site by the Client
- Providing accurate and complete information
- And the absence of external or independent events (network failure, force majeure, etc.)
10.2. Errors attributable to the Client
The Client remains fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide when placing the order, particularly those relating to the vehicle's registration number, country, validity duration, and vehicle category.
In case of a data entry error leading to the incorrect issuance of a vignette, the Provider cannot be held liable, as the Service was executed based on the information provided by the Client. However, the Client may send a written request to customer service at support@evignette-eu.com, as soon as possible after the Order.
10.3. Force majeure
The Provider's liability cannot be engaged in case of non-execution or poor execution of the contract due to a case of force majeure, as recognized by French jurisprudence: strikes, fires, network failures, riots, major climatic events, acts of war, or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Provider.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the Site (texts, graphics, images, logos, databases, user interface, etc.) is protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the content of the Site, without prior written permission from the Provider, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement that may engage the civil and criminal liability of its author.
12. PERSONAL DATA
12.1. Collection and processing
As part of the execution of the Orders, the Provider collects and processes certain personal data of the Client, including:
- Last name, first name (if applicable)
- Email address
- Vehicle registration number
- IP address, browsing data
This data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for the purposes of:
- Processing Orders
- Sending stickers
- Responding to Client inquiries
- Proof in case of dispute or audit
12.2. Cookies
The Site uses the Cookiefirst solution for cookie management. The Client can manage their cookie preferences at any time via the dedicated banner on each page.
12.3. Security
The Provider implements all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the Client's personal data against any loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
12.4. Client Rights

13. CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Provider offers Clients an assistance service to answer any questions, comments, or difficulties related to the use of the Site or the execution of the Services.

- Maximum response time: 24 hours (business days)
To facilitate the processing of the request, the Client is invited to specify in their message:
- Their Order number
- The email address used for the order
- A clear and concise subject of their request
14. ELECTRONIC PROOF AND ARCHIVING
The Client acknowledges that the electronic validation of their Order constitutes proof of their intention to contract and makes the amounts due under the Order enforceable.
The data recorded on the Site's servers constitutes proof of all transactions concluded between the Provider and the Client.
In accordance with Article L213-1 of the Consumer Code, for any Order exceeding 120 euros, the Provider guarantees the retention of the contract for a period of 10 years and the Client's access to it upon simple written request.
15. MEDIATION – AMICABLE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In accordance with Articles L612-1 and following of the Consumer Code, in case of failure of amicable resolution with customer service, the consumer Client may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator for the extrajudicial resolution of the dispute.
The Provider is not currently a member of a specific mediation organization. However, the Client can use the European online dispute resolution platform, accessible at the following address:

16. COMPETENT COURT AND APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with English law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation, validity, or execution of the contract concluded between the Provider and the Client, which could not be subject to amicable settlement, will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts of the jurisdiction of the Provider's registered office, unless contrary mandatory rules applicable to the consumer under Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012.
17. PARTIAL NULLITY – INDIVISIBILITY OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If any of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions were declared null or unenforceable in whole or in part, by a final judicial decision, this would not affect the validity of the other clauses or that of the contract as a whole. The other provisions will remain fully effective, unless it concerns an essential clause that determined the consent of one of the parties.
18. MODIFICATIONS OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Provider reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any updated version will be posted on the Site with mention of the update date.
The Client is invited to regularly consult the General Terms and Conditions. Any Order placed after the posting of the modified version implies acceptance of the new General Terms and Conditions.
